[D]Member knives have blades made in Thiers, a city known for its expertise in cutlery. After their manufacture, the blades are transported to La Rochelle where they are associated with the handle, which is also manufactured on site.
Each blade is made of stainless steel, which guarantees their resistance and precision when opening oysters. The handles are made from crushed shells, offering optimal ergonomics and a good grip, whether you are left or right-handed.
